Warehouse Operative

• Filling daily client work orders promptly upon receipt from Client Service
• Processing rush work orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Staging materials properly for Transport Specialists/Drivers before dispatch
• Refiling file containers and tapes daily, adhering to allocated timescales
• Conducting daily maintenance and safety checks of all record centre equipment
• Maintaining assigned racking and row upkeep - keeping the space organised and efficient
• Assisting with unloading/loading trucks/vans
• Performing scheduled audits and processing destruction orders as needed
• Completing daily paperwork before leaving for the day
• Carrying out inbound tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection legislation

• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work collaboratively with different teams
• Physical ability for routine lifting, bending, and overhead stretching
• Familiarity with scanning materials and handling boxes and pallet jacks
• Valid counterbalance forklift license is desirable
