Job Description

As a Warehouse Operative within our Credits Team, your primary responsibility is to handle returned goods, ensuring they are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures.

Job Responsibility

Accurately process returned goods, inspecting items for damage and categorising them appropriately
Update internal systems with return details and status, ensuring traceability and transparency
Assess returned items to determine if they are suitable for resale, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records

Requirements

Strong computer skills
Previous experience within a credit returns role
Attention to detail

Nice to have

Experience with Dynamics AX
