Job Description

This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business. As a warehouse colleague you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for carrying out essential roles that will keep the supply of healthcare products to those who need it across the UK going.

Job Responsibility

Picking and packing orders on the manual picking belt
Picking in the medical bulk area
Picking in the fridge area (attracts a premium)
Picking in secure areas
Carrying out roles within transport and routing completed orders to their final destination
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assuring the in-time delivery of possible life-saving products

Requirements

Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment
Ability to work in a tidy and methodical manner
Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with all team members
Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills
Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time
Capable of bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety Regulations
