Job Description

We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers. We are looking for Warehouse Operative to join our team with a real can-do attitude who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology
  • Checking quality, shelf life and ensuring packaging is robust
  • Ensuring all products are assembled and methodically stacked
  • Working with all team members to achieve corporate goals and operational KPIs
  • Compliance with Food Safety and Food Hygiene legislation
  • Health and Safety and reporting procedures
  • Operating a clean as you go principle
  • Cooperation with other departments/depots
  • Maintaining a professional and polite attitude
  • Ensuring audits are passed
  • Undertaking any other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse
  • Flexible in working a 5-day rolling rota shift pattern including weekends and bank/public holidays
  • Compliance with Food Safety and Food Hygiene legislation
  • Health and Safety awareness
  • Ability to use voice technology
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
