Role: Warehouse Operative Location: Sittingbourne, Kent Salary: £13.00 per hour Shifts: Weekly Rotation (06:00-14:00 & 10:00-18:00) The Mission: Logistics with Purpose In Sittingbourne, we do more than move boxes; we manage the vital supply chain for life-saving medical products. We are looking for disciplined Warehouse Technicians who understand that behind every shipment is a patient in need. This isn't your average "pick and pack" role. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility, taking full ownership of inventory accuracy in a high-volume environment where precision is the absolute priority.

Job Responsibility

  • Precision Picking: Utilising handheld scanners to fulfil medical orders with 100% accuracy
  • Stock Integrity: Organising inventory and maintaining flawless records for total traceability
  • Systems Management: Completing essential digital updates-where accuracy is non-negotiable
  • Team Collaboration: Partnering with internal departments to handle urgent material requests and refine processes

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A solid background of at least a year working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics hub
  • Technical Basics: Strong literacy and numeracy skills to manage strict inventory controls
  • Reliability: A rock-solid track record for dependability and punctuality
  • Mobility (Critical): You must have your own reliable transport or live within a 45-minute walk of the site to ensure you can meet the 06:00 AM start time
