Job Description:

Reynolds Food Group is looking for motivated, reliable, and physically fit individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Operatives. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, chilled warehouse environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in a Chilled Environment
  • Physical Tasks: Lift and move products weighing up to 25kg
  • Loading: Moving and unloading deliveries, breaking down pallets and scanning stock
  • Order Picking & Preparation: Accurately pick and prepare goods for production
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and uphold product quality standards
  • Technology Use: Operate handheld devices (HHD) to efficiently pick and pack customer orders
  • Quality Control: Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Safe Handling & Packaging: Ensure safe assembly of products on pallets
  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment like counterbalance and reach trucks
  • Health & Safety: Follow strict health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, chilled warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 3°C to 5°C
  • Lift and move products weighing up to 25kg
  • Good physical fitness

  • Safely operate warehouse equipment like counterbalance and reach trucks
  • Follow strict health and safety guidelines
