Job Description:

Our client is a renowned organisation, that are committed to delivering exceptional services to major corporates, global sporting events, international artists, festivals, and film and TV production companies. As a Warehouse Operative – Catering, you will work within the Catering Department dealing with both internal and external clients to ensure the seamless operation of catering services. Normal working hours are 9am – 5pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting PAT testing on catering equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to, including keeping fire exits clear
  • Reporting any defects or repairs needed to the stores and logistics manager
  • Assisting with loading and unloading equipment onto trucks
  • Maintaining “flight cases” (large, wheeled boxes) and reporting any faults
  • Driving company vehicles for deliveries and collections as required
  • General housekeeping throughout the day
  • Performing any other reasonable related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Valid Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 (desirable)
  • PAT testing experience preferred but training will be provided
  • Forklift driving experience preferred but training will be provided
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience working in a warehouse or catering environment
  • Proficient in basic maintenance tasks
  • Proactive and diligent approach to work

Nice to have:

  • Valid Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 (desirable)
  • PAT testing experience preferred
  • Forklift driving experience preferred
