Our client is a renowned organisation, that are committed to delivering exceptional services to major corporates, global sporting events, international artists, festivals, and film and TV production companies. As a Warehouse Operative – Catering, you will work within the Catering Department dealing with both internal and external clients to ensure the seamless operation of catering services. Normal working hours are 9am – 5pm.
Job Responsibility:
Conducting PAT testing on catering equipment
Cleaning and maintaining equipment
Ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to, including keeping fire exits clear
Reporting any defects or repairs needed to the stores and logistics manager
Assisting with loading and unloading equipment onto trucks
Maintaining “flight cases” (large, wheeled boxes) and reporting any faults
Driving company vehicles for deliveries and collections as required
General housekeeping throughout the day
Performing any other reasonable related duties as required
Requirements:
Valid Driving Licence (desirable)
Food Hygiene Level 2 (desirable)
PAT testing experience preferred but training will be provided
Forklift driving experience preferred but training will be provided
Excellent organisational skills
Experience working in a warehouse or catering environment
