Requirements
Experience of leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload
Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible
Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers
Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and strong computer literacy
