Warehouse Operations Specialist

• Accurately identify and verify part numbers
• ensure correct placement of parts within the warehouse
• Use laptops, hand scanners, and ERP systems to manage inventory and process orders
• Print and batch pick tickets
• coordinate warehouse pulls and returns
• Schedule, track, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper routing and storage
• Assist with transport and delivery inquiries across departments
• Prepare export documentation and shipping manifests, including those for dangerous goods
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and environmental standards related to storage and transport
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to purchase order requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through participation in key projects
• Load and unload materials
• reconcile deliveries and update ERP systems
• Match paperwork to shipments and prepare orders for billing and dispatch
• Safely handle cartons up to 15kg using appropriate tools for heavier items
• Perform general administrative and operational duties as required

• Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics support
• Strong IT skills, including experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of shipping documentation and compliance regulations is a plus
