As a PM Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth-running warehouse and ensure every customer gets their appliance delivered on time. This isn’t just a desk job - it’s hands-on, dynamic, and perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems and leading a team. You’ll oversee delivery and installation runs, keep our vehicles compliant and road-ready, and support our Drivers and operational teams throughout the shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the PM shift to ensure all delivery and installation runs are prepped and ready
  • Complete daily reports for the Depot Manager
  • Check vehicles meet transport legislation and security standards before leaving the depot
  • Support and guide team members (employed and self-employed) to maintain compliance
  • Carry out alcohol testing when required
  • Communicate with Drivers, resolving queries quickly and professionally
  • Manage transhipping and reloads efficiently
  • Debrief vehicles returning from delivery runs
  • Make key decisions in the absence of the Depot Manager to keep performance on track
  • React fast to challenges and solve problems independently

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of transport legislation and logistics operations
  • Ability to build positive relationships under pressure
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
