Job Description:

This position primarily involves warehouse and material distribution tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, locating, and retrieving products, and ensuring safe and timely completion of assigned duties. The job demands frequent physical activity and may require lifting heavy loads. The work environment can be noisy and may involve exposure to various weather conditions and mechanical hazards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Unloading inbound trucks and loading outbound trucks
  • Locating and retrieving products, replenishing picking locations using FEFO methodology
  • Moving pallets on the dock and transporting products between pallets
  • Ensuring all duties are completed safely and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area according to GMPs
  • Following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) outlined in SOP
  • Prioritizing safety and adhering to proper operating practices
  • Performing warehouse associate duties if required
  • Training new hires on RF functions
  • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance
  • Wearing safety shoes while on duty

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
  • Proficiency in working under minimal supervision
  • Experience in a metrics-driven environment
  • Alertness and ability to concentrate
  • Teamwork skills
  • Experience in safe operation of material handling equipment
  • License to operate material handling equipment
  • Experience on Cherry picker and/or Reach lift
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting over 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and around moving mechanical parts
  • Willingness to work in hot/cold environments with limited climate control
  • Adaptability to occasional exposure to fumes and airborne particles
