Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Operator 2 to support outbound shipments, material handling, and inventory operations at our Madison, Georgia facility. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure outbound shipments and verify numbers and quantities
  • Stack boxes according to defined pallet patterns
  • Use safe lifting techniques while bending, lifting, and turning
  • Accept materials from other divisions for ethylene oxide sterilization
  • Verify catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates
  • Complete JD Edwards transactions using IBM data collection scanners
  • Assemble and build sterilization loads per palletization diagrams
  • Locate and store materials in pallet or BIN locations
  • Operate inventory control systems as applicable
  • Maintain a clean and compliant work area per quality procedures
  • Support buying and selling processes
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1- 2 years of experience operating material handling equipment
  • Prior experience in warehouse or distribution environments preferred
  • Warehouse operations & material handling
  • Inventory control & shipment verification
  • Safe lifting and handling techniques
  • Basic computer and scanning systems (JD Edwards / IBM scanners)
  • Ability to read and follow operational procedures
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Logical reasoning and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and prolonged standing
