Job Description:

The Warehouse Operations Operator 2 is responsible for safe, accurate, and timely handling of materials within a distribution center. This role supports inbound, outbound, picking, packing, palletizing, and inventory movement activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pick, pack, label, and process customer orders using RF/voice scanning technology
  • Build and reconfigure pallets
  • prepare shipments for outbound delivery
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
  • Transport pallets using material handling equipment (MHE)
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure proper shipment packaging
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and SOPs
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Operate parcel and dock manifest stations as required
  • Conduct basic inventory movement and support cycle accuracy
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety, security, and quality standards
  • Support cross-training and assist other warehouse functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Hands-on experience with material handling equipment such as: Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance forklifts, Dock Stockers
  • Experience working with RF scanners or voice systems preferred
  • RF / Voice scanning systems

  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operation
