Warehouse Operations Operator 1

• Perform activities related to the receipt, shipment, movement, manufacture, and control of materials and waste
• Operate equipment or machinery when necessary
• Prioritize tasks based on customer needs in a team environment
• Prepare and maintain various records and documentation
• Document raw material inventories accurately
• Foster continuous improvement in training and team performance
• Integrate quality systems into all functional activities
• Maintain inventory record accuracy to support manufacturing
• Manage storeroom functions and inventory control
• Support and comply with training/licensing requirements of regulatory programs, if needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass training or licensing programs related to warehouse operations (if applicable)
• Willingness and ability to develop new skills at an acceptable pace
• Capable of maintaining appropriate documentation for product movement
• Entry-level to moderate experience acceptable
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (MRP) and related transactional data is preferred
• Basic PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of data collection devices
• Adequate math and measurement skills
• Ability to interpret and comprehend specifications and procedures
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and facility equipment
• Attention to documentation accuracy and detail
• Strong motivation and team collaboration skills

Familiarity with inventory management systems (MRP) and related transactional data is preferred
