Job Responsibility

  • Lead day-to-day center operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved
  • Oversee the lifecycle including intake, diagnosis, repair, testing, and shipment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce cycle time, and improve throughput
  • Manage financial performance, including labor efficiency, material usage, and overall P&L accountability
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 50+ employees
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational demands
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.)
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy across inventory, repair processes, and quality control measures
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and procurement teams to resolve issues and improve operations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring a strong service experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading operations in a manufacturing, or warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
  • Knowledge of performance metrics, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with financial management, including P&L oversight
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
