DCS Group is a leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter, working with some of the biggest names in health, beauty, and household products. Operating from our world-class distribution centre, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, efficiency, and innovation. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to take charge of our fast-paced logistics operations. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods in, goods out, fulfilment, and 3PL clients. You will drive operational excellence, optimise warehouse space, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and outstanding service levels.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve service and performance targets
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency
  • Oversee health and safety compliance (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred)
  • Control budgets, optimise warehouse space, and implement best practices

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing large warehouse teams (100+ employees)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report at C-Suite level
  • Qualification in warehouse management or logistics
