Job Responsibility

  • Plan, implement, and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy
  • Develop, manage, and analyze operational budgets
  • Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, storage, and timely delivery coordination
  • Ensure effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations
  • Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
  • Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment, including forklifts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations management
  • Strong leadership, inventory control, and budget management skills
  • Proficient in KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and equipment maintenance
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
