Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee and execute key logistics activities in our Dallas, Texas facility. This role combines hands-on operational work with a strategic understanding of the business to ensure high-quality handling of luxury goods. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and presentation of items valued at over $10,000 while supporting the scaling of operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the receipt, consolidation, and shipment of packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including packaging and handling goods, while maintaining a detailed understanding of broader business objectives
  • Operate specialized dashboards and software, including proprietary systems and Google Workspace, to track inventory and manage workflows
  • Monitor and maintain the physical inventory of goods, conducting annual audits to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Oversee the quality and presentation of packaging to meet luxury standards and enhance the unboxing experience for clients
  • Handle delicate and high-value items with care, ensuring their safety and integrity during all stages of processing
  • Support operational growth by contributing to the expansion of warehouse facilities and adapting processes to increased volume
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline logistics and address challenges in distribution
  • Uphold strict standards of discretion and integrity when handling items for high-net-worth clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations and uphold company standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or luxury retail environments
  • Proven ability to handle delicate and high-value materials with precision and care
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in Google Workspace tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
  • Experience conducting physical inventory audits and managing stock levels effectively
  • Background in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to support operational efficiency
  • Ability to perform manual labor tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
