Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or luxury retail environments
Proven ability to handle delicate and high-value materials with precision and care
Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in Google Workspace tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
Experience conducting physical inventory audits and managing stock levels effectively
Background in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to support operational efficiency

Job Responsibility

Manage the receipt, consolidation, and shipment of packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes
Perform manual labor tasks, including packaging and handling goods, while maintaining a detailed understanding of broader business objectives
Operate specialized dashboards and software, including proprietary systems and Google Workspace, to track inventory and manage workflows
Monitor and maintain the physical inventory of goods, conducting annual audits to ensure consistency and accuracy
Oversee the quality and presentation of packaging to meet luxury standards and enhance the unboxing experience for clients
Handle delicate and high-value items with care, ensuring their safety and integrity during all stages of processing
Support operational growth by contributing to the expansion of warehouse facilities and adapting processes to increased volume
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline logistics and address challenges in distribution
Uphold strict standards of discretion and integrity when handling items for high-net-worth clients
