Job Description:

Oversee and optimize warehouse and distribution processes across a global landscape, driving efficiency, standardization, and compliance while supporting enterprise-wide objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures for global warehouse processes
Drive process improvements by evaluating automation, layout optimization, and material handling strategies
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent adoption of best practices
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and lead corrective actions
Align warehouse processes with enterprise platforms and digital tools
Serve as subject matter expert for warehouse operations on compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate training, workshops, and change management efforts
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational goals
Lead global warehouse process governance and oversee improvement projects
Ensure optimal space utilization and resource allocation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related fields
Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations
At least 5 years of experience in a global process ownership or enterprise transformation role
Proficiency in ERP systems with strong experience in Salesforce Development and API integration
Solid knowledge of warehouse automation, compliance standards, and logistics processes
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in data analysis and using KPIs to assess operational performance

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
Experience in electronics industry preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training in continuous improvement methodologies preferred
