Job Description:

Oversee and optimize warehouse and distribution processes across a global landscape, driving efficiency, standardization, and compliance while supporting enterprise-wide objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures for global warehouse processes
  • Drive process improvements by evaluating automation, layout optimization, and material handling strategies
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent adoption of best practices
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and lead corrective actions
  • Align warehouse processes with enterprise platforms and digital tools
  • Serve as subject matter expert for warehouse operations on compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate training, workshops, and change management efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational goals
  • Lead global warehouse process governance and oversee improvement projects
  • Ensure optimal space utilization and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related fields
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations
  • At least 5 years of experience in a global process ownership or enterprise transformation role
  • Proficiency in ERP systems with strong experience in Salesforce Development and API integration
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse automation, compliance standards, and logistics processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in data analysis and using KPIs to assess operational performance

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in electronics industry preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or formal training in continuous improvement methodologies preferred
