We are seeking an organized, proactive, and professional Warehouse Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our facility. As the central point of coordination for office functions, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, support warehouse leadership, and maintain a professional environment for internal teams and external visitors. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking and high-level administrative support within a fast-paced logistics setting. Job Responsibility:
Office Management: Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, filing systems, procurement, and facility maintenance coordination
Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries

Visitor Coordination: Lead customer site visits, including scheduling tours, preparing agendas, coordinating safety briefings/PPE, and ensuring professional guest experience
Operational Support: Maintain accurate records for inventory audits, compliance, and general warehouse documentation
Event & Travel Logistics: Provide administrative and on-site support for warehouse management at off-site conferences and trade shows (e.g., travel arrangements and booth coordination)
HR & Finance Admin: Assist with employee onboarding, training coordination, and time-off tracking. Support budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
Process Improvement: Implement office procedures to improve organizational efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years in office management or administrative coordination, preferably in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems or office management software
Exceptional attention to detail and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and executives
Ability to travel domestically (approx. 10%) for industry events
Familiarity with industrial health and safety protocols
Professional certification in office management or project coordination
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client locations
