Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to the distribution center of a global leader in the automotive industry. In this role, you will support day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient flow of parts, materials, and products across the facility. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the overall performance of the distribution network.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards
Maintain warehouse documentation, update ERP/WMS systems, and prepare operational reports
Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows
Assist in planning and executing cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations
Ensure proper use of material-handling equipment and adherence to safety procedures
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Support training and coordination of warehouse staff when required

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS/ERP systems, and inventory management
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
