Job Description:

Warehouse Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru. Play an important role in making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes as part of a team that provides top-notch dining experiences for visitors from all over the world.

Job Responsibility:

Take charge of timely delivery of food, beverage, general, and maintenance items
Maintain efficient flow of incoming goods, verifying stock condition and documentation accuracy
Implement effective stock rotation practices and maintain meticulous records
Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate correct transfers within cost centers

Requirements:

Experienced and resourceful
Masterfully lead operations of Main Kitchen stores
Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and products
Expertise in invoicing, ordering, budget management, and reporting
Skilled in time management
Hands-on attitude
Hold a full Australian Drivers License
Ability for physical labor and heavy lifting
