Job Description:

Manages all fulfillment center and delivery activities to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance. Reports to the Regional Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Manages all fulfillment center and delivery activities to ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics and/or warehouse management
College-level education may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience
WMS experience and RF technology proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Management of Class A and Class B delivery fleet
Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) management
Security and Loss Prevention experience
Property and Asset maintenance oversight
OSHA and DOT safety training experience
Strong customer relations skills
Motivational and accountability leadership skills
High attention to detail and proactive mindset
Clear and articulate communication skills
Supply chain knowledge (demand planning and scheduling)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Advanced understanding of shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control
