Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations near Carol Stream, Illinois. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics, and a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the recruitment, training, and management of warehouse staff
Supervise daily inbound and outbound logistics
Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
Monitor and manage inventory levels and handle discrepancies
Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse
Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize workflows and maintain records

Requirements:

Minimum of five years' experience in warehouse management
Proficiency in Warehouse Management and inventory control procedures
Strong analytical skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Nice to have:

Experience in contract manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or similar industries is highly desirable
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus but not mandatory
