Job Description

We’re working with a world leader in recycling solutions, who are currently seeking an organised and proactive person to oversee the daily operations of their warehouse.

Job Responsibility

  • Receiving and processing all incoming deliveries and inspecting goods for accuracy
  • Ensuring distribution of received goods to the correct internal departments
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely using a counterbalance forklift
  • Moving stock to production and ensuring Bills of Materials (BOMs) are fulfilled on time
  • Preparing, packing, and labeling goods securely for shipping requirements
  • Managing stock levels (min/max) in close collaboration with the Purchasing Team
  • Placing purchase requisitions and assisting with regular stock take duties
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure a safe, organised environment
  • Complying fully with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a stock control, inventory, or warehouse role
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Manufacturing or Engineering background with familiarity of BOMs
  • ERP/MRP experience or familiarity with Exchequer software
  • Valid Forklift Licence
