Job Description:

Manager - Warehouse role in the Logistics / Material Management department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the team by setting Warehouse KPI in accordance with Plant KPI & top management expectations
  • Focusing on system improvements related to WH capacity, WH utilization improvements – SAP & eWM implementation & ensuring 100% adherence to SAP standards
  • CAPEX & OPEX budget planning & monitoring monthly spending within target
  • Supporting on infrastructure, WH employee requirements to make WH a safe & efficient workplace – Listen & act for process critical requirements from all WH team members
  • Driving Safety & improvement projects – Kaizen recognition & projects implementation
  • Detailed communication with WH team members related to daily operations – DMM discussion, strategical improvements planned, risks expected
  • Pro-active identification on any WH operational risks (material shortage, resource constraints)
  • Timely escalation related to process gaps, resource gaps existing in the system related to daily operation to Top management team
  • Prepare periodic MIS for management reviews
  • Leadership skills – Promoting career growth to next level sub-ordinates through frequent trainings, job rotations, SAP improvements & inter-personal skills development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Warehouse
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP eWM (S/4HANA)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in managing mid-sized teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting
  • High proficiency in WH metrics, reporting, and co-ordination with CFT
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
