Job Description:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will assist with overall warehouse operations including achieving goals in safety, service levels, damage, costs, personnel, and staffing. This position also coordinates warehouse activities between all shifts.

Job Responsibility:

Manages and reviews all policies and procedures within the warehouse
Maintains a personal development plan for everyone who reports to them and assists the Shift Managers and Leads in the people development efforts
Assists warehouse management in managing people needs, utilization of warehouse as it relates to space, slotting, and product flow, and managing production standards
Meets designated warehouse cost metrics and develop cost-reduction strategies
Leads continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Dot Foods’ experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of distribution or warehouse processes or systems
Ability to function in a multi-task environment
Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data
