Warehouse Manager

• Plan the operational staffing and equipment needs by using forecasting tools and reports
• Monitor short- and long-term forecasting models to ensure cohesiveness with the budget and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to secure optimal operational results
• Increase operational efficiency to reduce costs and improve productivity
• Lead and develop unit leaders and co-workers through open and honest development conversations, sharing knowledge of the IKEA culture and business
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• An analytical and problem-solving approach to challenges
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for the length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
