Warehouse Manager

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets
• Oversee inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Maintain strong stock control processes, including cycle counts and discrepancy investigations
• Ensure the warehouse remains safe, compliant, and well-organised
• Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Work closely with transport teams, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor KPIs and produce performance reports
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, training, and performance reviews
• Use warehouse systems effectively to maintain accurate data

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
• Confident using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
