Job Description

Kevian Kenya Limited is a leading beverage manufacturing company located in Thika. This is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor at Kevian Kenya Limited, located in Thika. As a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of logistics operations, including managing a team of drivers and warehouse clerks, inventory management and warehouse organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods and coordinating with internal teams and external customers as well as implementing strategies to optimize logistical processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily loading and delivery of products to various customers and sites
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements including vehicle licensing and registrations, parking tickets, branding and statutory requirements
  • Oversee effective scheduling, tracking and routing of transportation vehicles and supervision and supervision of drivers
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on daily, weekly or/and monthly for all dispatch done within the set periods
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure on time and in full delivery as well as ensure customer complaints are solved promptly
  • Participate in implementation and sustenance of ISO systems requirements (ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000) and adherence to GMPs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software, SAGE preferred
