Job Description:

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator role with a leading company that brings the finest quality fresh produce to customers year-round. This is a temporary position for approximately 4 weeks with immediate start.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure health & safety compliance
Book transport and collate paperwork
Manage collections, arrivals, trays, pallets, and waste
Check transport invoices vs dispatches
Track consumables inventory
Oversee goods-in checks and yard space planning
Perform ad-hoc duties and communicate clearly with team

Requirements:

1+ year in operations environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, planning, and multitasking
Knowledge of supply chain and stock management systems (SAP, Freshware, D365) would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills

Nice to have:

Knowledge of supply chain and stock management systems (SAP, Freshware, D365)
