Requirements

Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment
or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally
Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift
additional overtime hours will be required based on business need
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed
An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand
Must wear safety composite shoes
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time

Job Responsibility

Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures
Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment
May be moved into other warehouse roles as needed

Job Responsibility

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs and move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures
General cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility
Confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages
Manually unload trucks and palletizing products
Match item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate
Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
Load trucks manually
lifting, lowering, and carrying product.

Job Responsibility

Analyze weekly demand changes impact to materials requirements within the portfolio assigned and develop strategies to mitigate risk
Develop strategies per supplier, per commodity on a monthly basis to meet the materials demand, considering region, portfolio size in USD, assessments on materials production complexity to set up the most effective minimum order quantities and lead times, packaging and lot sizes
Set up and keep updating every week items planning data in JDE to maintain and optimize the information sent to suppliers weekly, providing forecast and submitting POs (supplier schedules) according to the continuous demand changes
Analyze materials requirements and planning weekly and run supplier schedules batch processes in JDE to send vendors the purchase orders and materials forecast via FAX and email, depending on the supplier capabilities to exchange electronic data
Maintain/update electronic data tools to track materials in transit from domestic and international vendors into Mexico
Monitor and report directly to the corporate finance department, monthly, materials in transit purchased in Europe and Asia and still in transit to Mexico
