Job Title Returns Lead. Job Overview Responsibilities of the Returns Lead include: Understand all inbound Returns Dock processes including but not limited to: REF Inspect process, RTV Bedding process, Yard Maintenance process, Material Handling standards, STO process; Communicate with Yard Staff regarding trailer needs and movements and assess quality/safety of return trailer loading; Maintain media file storage for follow-up; Complete returns dock administrative duties: Enter and maintain trailer/trailer quality information in SharePoint; load bar/load strap inventory reporting; chair box return/condition of boxes; accuracy of depot reporting; transfer of information from Guard Staff/Yard Staff to SharePoint; Enter trailer status (Processed, Not Yet Arrived, To Be Unloaded); Correct any trailer discrepancy information received from other sources; Understand all staging areas and disposition codes to ensure that staff is following processes established for the staging of returning product; Support and facilitate training (and cross training) of all employees; Coordinate with other Operations Departments to identify and isolate special merchandise on trailers as needed for customer issue resolution, QC or reporting; Communicate with Returns management staff to identify issues, recognize trends and patterns in Operations process, and work with Returns Management/Returns QC to develop improvements; Coordinate with Returns Operations staff to ensure all merchandise is in clean condition and dock/floor space is utilized efficiently and safely; Decision Making Responsibilities: All decision-making responsibilities are under the direct supervision of the Returns Supervisor. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with some opportunity for un-reviewed decision making; All other duties as assigned

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment
Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie
Detail oriented and accurate
Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data
Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings
Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center
Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions
