Join Our Dynamic Onsite Warehouse Team at IPL Telford! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to become a vital part of our onsite Warehouse Team at our Nuts & Dried Fruit packing facility in Telford. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of the depot warehouse goods by completing various warehouse tasks, as safely, accurately and as efficiently as possible, upholding the highest standards of health and safety at all times
  • Undertake receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with company goods in process, ensuring all label and temperature disciplines are completed appropriately and product is correctly located within the warehouse
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork, relating to Goods In/Goods Out/Picking is completed in full at all times
  • Ensure all waste is disposed of safely and in line with company processes, segregating waste as necessary
  • Undertaking MHE truck duties as required ensuring it is driven correctly at all times
  • Ensure daily safety checks are conducted thoroughly and company warehouse guidelines observed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential, specifically within a warehouse/manufacturing/pack house/produce background
  • Forklift Truck Licence
  • Good understanding of warehousing/store processes and procedures
  • Possession of manual handling training
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
