Job Responsibility

Lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Drive performance, deliver results, and meet or exceed defined goals
Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates
Set clear, achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness
Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback
Inspire individual growth and career development
Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance
Lead by example in creating and reinforcing a safety-first culture
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Hold the team accountable for maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management
Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Collaborate with peers and leadership to implement improvements

Requirements

High school diplomas or GED required
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
at least 2 years of formal leadership experience for teams of 10 or more
Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations
Demonstrated experience leading a team, mentoring, and developing warehouse personnel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and engage a team
Experience conducting structured monthly check-ins and on-the-floor observations
Experience developing and tracking action plans for team members
Ability to delegate effectively and manage change
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations
Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day
Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
