Job Responsibility

  • Lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Drive performance, deliver results, and meet or exceed defined goals
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates
  • Set clear, achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness
  • Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback

Requirements

  • High school diplomas or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
  • at least 2 years of formal leadership experience for teams of 10 or more
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team, mentoring, and developing warehouse personnel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage a team
  • Experience conducting structured monthly check-ins and on-the-floor observations
  • Experience developing and tracking action plans for team members
  • Ability to delegate effectively and manage change
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
