Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
Good understanding of warehouse health, safety, and compliance requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibility

Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
perform regular stock checks and ensure timely updates in the inventory system
Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to operational procedures
Order Processing: Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all goods are stored in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities adhere to safety guidelines and standards, including the proper use of equipment and handling of goods
Space Optimization: Implement strategies to maximize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party service providers (e.g., transport companies, vendors) to ensure smooth operations
Documentation: Maintain and oversee all records related to warehouse activities such as inventory logs, delivery notes, and invoices
