Job Description:

The Warehouse & Facilities Team Leader ensures efficient and safe inbound of goods receiving, product storage, replenishment of picking location (including Kardex) within the warehouse and outbound preparation for both domestic and international orders Additionally, the Team Leader ensures that the facility is well maintained by coordinating maintenance activities and documenting them accurately in the system.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead warehouse workers
  • Using software such a word processing, spread sheet, database and mailing
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve simple technical problems
  • Capable to work on different types of equipment and systems
  • Ability to prepare reports
  • Operational experience in distribution center/warehouse environment
  • Experience of managing team
  • Kardex system knowledge is an asset
  • Practical experience in building maintenance
  • Proficient in MS Office and technical management software
  • A first experience in CMMS management is a plus
  • Be able to track and manage a lot of issues simultaneously activities
  • Take prompt actions in a complex context and keep them
