Warehouse Equipment Operator

• Expertly operate forklifts, unload, and stack materials with surgical accuracy and zero-error tolerance
• Act as the vital link in our chain, keeping production lines fed and ensuring finished goods are staged and ready for departure
• Lead the floor by example. Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a 'safety-first' mindset by identifying hazards before they become issues
• Solve the 'warehouse puzzle' daily, navigating tight layouts and complex inventory systems with confidence and ease
• Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse
• Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory
• Supporting shipping and receiving tasks
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members

• A minimum of 1 year operating a Forklift
• Valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, Walkie)
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Have reliable personal transportation (a car), as many sites are not serviced by public transit

Valid forklift operator certification (or the ability to obtain one) is preferred

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
