You speak Dutch or English
You are available full-time or part-time
You have recent experience in logistics
You are good with working in cooling and freezer

Job Responsibility

Ensuring a neat and orderly workplace in accordance with company standards
Allowances for night and cold storage work in accordance with the FSGIL collective labor agreement
Working in a cold environment ranging from +7 to -25 degrees
Picking orders using voice picking
Varied tasks such as order picking and preparing freight
Work in shifts: evening shift from 17:00 - 01:15 and night shift from 22:00 - 06:15

What we offer

Hourly wage starting from € 14,98 gross per hour
Travel allowance: Maximum € 11,50 per day
Chance of a permanent contract
Flexible hours: Work in the evening and at night
Cold allowance between € 0,57 and € 1,30

Job Responsibility

Step into the heart of our Leerdam glassworks. As a production employee you will work in the glass factory where drinking glasses are produced. When the glasses are produced, they are transported by production line. You and 3 to 5 colleagues will stand along the production line to pick the glasses from the line. You will expertly pack them into boxes. After that, you will stack the boxes onto pallets. From there, the forklift team with pick the pallets and load them into trucks for transport to the stores.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center
3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience with a re-distribution/distribution center
Experience with handheld radio frequency (RF) unit
Knowledge of powered industrial trucks
Powered industrial truck certification is required upon completion of internal training and testing within the first 2 weeks of being hired
Must be familiar with OSHA regulation
Knowledge of warehouse procedures and practices

Job Responsibility

Continuously review warehouse procedures and recommend and/or modify the operational structure to create a more efficient and productive operation
Monitor departmental expenses
Provide necessary resources to support daily activities
Suggest and implement process improvements that will increase efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality while reducing costs (i.e. overtime hours, building and machine maintenance cost)
