Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join the team in our Strikes Garden Centre. The hours for this position are 22.5 per week over 3 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must. As a Warehouse/Delivery you will play a critical role in the smooth and safe operation of our Warehouse and Good-in area as well as carrying out customer deliveries. Safe vehicle operation and excellent customer skills will be essential for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Receiving and booking in deliveries including the update to our EPOS system
  • Maintaining the warehouse standards and general housekeeping
  • Merchandising stock
  • Carrying our customer deliveries
  • Any other duties associated with a retail environment

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Full understanding of safe warehouse operation and manual handling
  • Forklift Licence and Driving License
  • Excellent communication skills
