Job Description:

Sterling Plumbing & Heating is growing, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Delivery Driver to support our operations and field teams. This role plays an important part in ensuring materials, equipment, and supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently to job sites and team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and takes pride in supporting a high-performing team. Sterling is a leading provider of plumbing, heating, and HVAC services across Western Canada, known for delivering reliable service and quality workmanship to residential, commercial, and construction clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and team members
  • Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and care in handling materials
  • Assist with general warehouse organization and inventory management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and warehouse space
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, technicians, and project teams
  • Support daily operations to ensure jobs run efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
