Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and current driver’s license
  • Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including tractor-trailers, delivery vans, and courier vehicles
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • Able to work as a team
  • Communicate effectively with customers when required
  • Pull orders, load and unload goods and materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual methods
  • Unload safely when necessary
  • Assist in warehouse when needed
  • Bend, kneel and lift as needed to perform various tasks
  • Maintain proper delivery paperwork and ensure it is returned to warehouse after every delivery
  • Maintain accurate records, including mileage, and any incidents or delays
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience operating tractor-trailers and other delivery vehicles
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift and perform manual tasks
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Experience with trailer operation, specifically able to pull back a 24ft trailer
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
