Job Description

Our client in the transport industry in Dorval is currently looking for a customer service to handle all transportation requests. This person will be responsible for dealing with the truck drivers. This person is responsible to handle activities including order taking, processing orders from beginning to end and coordination.

Job Responsibility

The position is mainly based on warehouse (inventory, invoicing, storage, emails and other related tasks), with a customer service component (clients retrieving freight, emails, phone calls, etc.)

Requirements

  • Experience of at least one year in the transport field of customer service in sectors such as FedEx, Amazon, Purolator
  • Motivated and competitive by nature
  • Quality/customer orientation, empathy and the ability to maintain and build lasting relationships are essential
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve any issues satisfactorily
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while offering solutions that exceed customer expectations
