Job Responsibility

Run day to day RDC operation in the most efficient manner possible, leading the warehouse team in daily activities (i.e., load/unload trucks, perform and reconcile inventory, and assist the Customer Service Center as required)
Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment (roll-loaders, dock equipment, etc.)
Effectively communicate with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service
Maintain current customer base by providing excellent customer service, including building synergy with local sales force
Ensure adherence to governmental (DOT, OSHA, etc.) regulations and company policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and inventory accuracy
Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees
planning, assigning, and directing work
appraising performance
addressing complaints and resolving problems
