Job Responsibility
Verification of inbound product and entry of receipt information in the inventory management system
Staging and put away of inbound materials into warehouse bin location utilizing the inventory management system
Accurate picking/ packing and shipping of product to Customers/ QC Sites and Vendor Partners
Aid in transfer into and stocking of the QC Supply on site retail space
Assist with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts and physical inventories within the Facility
Maintain the inventory levels to assure that there are adequate quantities on hand of all stock
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to an environment of teamwork and collaboration
General housekeeping and sanitation of warehouse and retail workspaces
Always keeping facility neat and clean
Work with QC Supply retail customers as needed, both in-store and over the phone, to understand their needs
Educate new customers on new products and special promotions as well as promote QC Supply products
Properly operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
Demonstrate a willingness to perform any daily task as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and understand basic English
Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Experience working within a warehouse and distribution environment
Experience utilizing portable technology within a warehouse environment
Understanding of inventory control concepts
Forklift certification and experience with stand-up and sit-down lifts
Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Responds promptly to customer needs
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Familiar with Microsoft Office products
