Requirements

University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination
Knowledge of warehousing and inventory control processes
Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Team-oriented and proactive mindset
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Good command of English and Polish (B2 or higher)

Job Responsibility

Oversee and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate the receipt, control, and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP, including maintenance of material master data
Support stock control, investigate discrepancies, and assist in resolving process deviations
Prepare and verify documentation for accounting and logistics processes
Manage correspondence and ensure proper document flow within the warehouse
Cooperate with internal departments and logistic service providers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Assist in developing reports, performance summaries, and administrative procedures
Contribute to process improvements and optimization of warehouse structure
Support the implementation of new processes and systems within the warehouse

Job Responsibility

Maintain our finished goods warehouse in an organized manner ensuring that all similar materials are grouped together and that adequate spacing is provided between rows of product
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the warehouse and inventory control team
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper movement of finished goods from the transfer dock to the main warehouse and efficient and accuracy picking of finished goods for customer orders
Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled and rotated
Generate inventory reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions
Comply with safety and quality standards in inventory handling
Coordinate and execute inventory consolidation efforts to optimize space and improve inventory accuracy
Assist in rework processing, including identifying, segregating, and tracking items requiring rework and ensuring proper documentation
