Job Responsibility:
Maintain our finished goods warehouse in an organized manner ensuring that all similar materials are grouped together and that adequate spacing is provided between rows of product
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the warehouse and inventory control team
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper movement of finished goods from the transfer dock to the main warehouse and efficient and accuracy picking of finished goods for customer orders
Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled and rotated
Generate inventory reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions
Comply with safety and quality standards in inventory handling
Coordinate and execute inventory consolidation efforts to optimize space and improve inventory accuracy
Assist in rework processing, including identifying, segregating, and tracking items requiring rework and ensuring proper documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
associate degree or certification in logistics or supply chain preferred
2+ years of experience in warehouse inventory control or related field
Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
Working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse safety procedures is a plus
