Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain our finished goods warehouse in an organized manner ensuring that all similar materials are grouped together and that adequate spacing is provided between rows of product
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the warehouse and inventory control team
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper movement of finished goods from the transfer dock to the main warehouse and efficient and accuracy picking of finished goods for customer orders
  • Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled and rotated
  • Generate inventory reports and provide data analysis to support operational decisions
  • Comply with safety and quality standards in inventory handling
  • Coordinate and execute inventory consolidation efforts to optimize space and improve inventory accuracy
  • Assist in rework processing, including identifying, segregating, and tracking items requiring rework and ensuring proper documentation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate degree or certification in logistics or supply chain preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse inventory control or related field
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
  • Working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)

Nice to have:

Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse safety procedures is a plus
