Job Description:

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers. Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues. Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks. Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse. Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.

Job Responsibility:

Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts

Requirements:

A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail
A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments
Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently
An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day
Strong customer focus
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting
Availability to work overnight between the hours of 10pm and 11am Monday to Sunday
