Job Description:

Warehouse co-worker role focused on inbound operations, order fulfilment, and inventory management at IKEA's Slacks Creek location

Job Responsibility:

Ensure daily operations run smoothly with focus on order fulfilment and inventory availability
Contribute to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received and accurate replenishment
Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility according to visual merchandising guidance
Store, retrieve, replenish and internally transport stock within warehouse and store
Adhere to IKEA's safety policies, rules and guidelines
Support wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required

Requirements:

A safe mindset
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling including heavy, repetitive lifting
Passion for optimising fulfilment operations with an eye for detail
Energetic approach (on feet all day)
'Togetherness' mindset to work closely with team and other departments
Ability to collaborate yet work independently
Strong customer focus
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
